About us
We are Christian and Amy Benad, parents of three beautiful girls. Amy has always wanted to be a business owner like her parents and when our oldest daughter, Emma, told us “We need a good bakery!” that resonated with Amy, who has fond memories of baking with her grandma. Our family loves to bake together, building endless memories and strengthening our bond. We hope our bakery gives you and your family special memories, too.
This new venture aligns with our values: we want to be highly involved in the community, always giving back, and seeing everyone as family.

Grab breakfast or lunch on your way to work or come in and stay a while! We offer easy grab-and-go breakfast items, including donuts, pastries, and breakfast sandwiches. For lunch, we currently offer soup and salads, with more tasty options coming soon!

Baked goods taste better with great coffee! We offer a Seattle-based roasted cofee and Lotus energy drinks. Lotus is a new, plant-based energy drink, and boy it is yummy. Stop in during your next coffee break!

Where'd we get the name HAE's?
While trying to find the perfect name for our bakery, we wanted something that represented who we are, what we love, and what God has blessed us with.
Right away, we knew that our greatest blessings have been our three beautiful girls. Our bakery is for them and because of them. Hae’s stands for their names: Hadley, Avery, and Emma.
We thank God every day for our daughters and for the opportunity to share our yummy goodies with Springfield!
